they were friendly, helpful, and were great too make my stay comfortable. One particular instance that stood out to me was when I had to leave for an early flight at 3:00 am. The receptionist had prepared sandwiches for me to take on my journey, ensuring I didn't go hungry. It's these small gestures that really make a difference and create a positive experience.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town, close to major attractions and the main shopping street. It is also just a 20-minute walk from the harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable with modern amenities. The buffet breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The noise from other rooms can sometimes be easily heard.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located close to the main shopping street and on the local bus route. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained and cleaned regularly. The rooms also offer a lovely view over the Hallgrimskirkja church and come with very comfy beds. The breakfast spread is impressive, with options like eggs, pancakes, and even gluten-free bread for those with dietary restrictions.
All was satisfactory, no major improvements needed.
